By accessing or using the Short Track Manager (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of the Game (Skill-Based)

This App is a virtual sports simulation and "Game of Skill." Success in the App depends on the user's knowledge of Short Track Speed Skating, strategic player selection, and statistical analysis. It is not a gambling platform and does not offer real-money prizes at this time.

3. Data and Intellectual Property

• •Athlete Statistics: The App uses publicly available historical facts, athlete names, and race results. This information is used for informational and entertainment purposes only under "Fair Use" principles.
• •Ownership: All original code, UI design, and game mechanics are the property of the App developer.
• •Third-Party Marks: Any trademarks or logos belonging to skating federations or governing bodies remain the property of their respective owners. We make no claim to these marks.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• •Attempt to reverse engineer the App's database or game logic.
• •Submit offensive or inappropriate team names.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of the athlete rankings or results. We are not responsible for any technical glitches or data inaccuracies that may affect game performance.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
