Who We Are
Short Track Manager was founded by Vladislav Bykanov, a three-time Olympian who transitioned into a career as a Software Engineer after retiring from competitive skating. Driven by a mission to give back to the sport that defined his life, he built this platform to bring fans closer to the action than ever before.
The application was built in collaboration with other retired and still-active short track athletes to maximize on-ice knowledge and insight. By combining professional expertise with modern engineering, we've created a platform that reflects the true nuances of the sport — not just the results, but the strategy behind them.
